JIM Davidson is recovering at home after undergoing gallbladder surgery.
The comic, 64, tweeted he is “on the mend” after revealing he has “had a chunk cut out.”
He wrote: “I have been in hospital to have a chunk cut out!!!! Gall bladder. Yuk. On the mend now.”
He posted the tweet just a day after he shared a pic which appeared to show him in a hospital bed.
The comic captioned the snap: “Great response from you guys re Piers Morgan,” referring to his appearance on last week’s Life Stories show.
His appearance on the telly talk show was not without its controversy, with Jim boating to Piers that he’d had intercourse with nine sex workers in one night.
On the show, Jim explained his pal had ordered the women for them while they were staying in a boutique hotel in London.
Despite previous reports claiming Jim had slept with 12 women in one night, he insisted he’d only had sex with nine.
Good Morning Britain star Piers asked him: “What was it like?”
Jim quipped back: “The first four or five were alright!”

Jim, who’s been married to his fifth wife Michelle Cotton since 2009, also admitted his past divorces have cost him millions.
He said: “It’s how much money I’ve spent over the years. Getting on to 50, 60 million must have passed through my hands.”
Piers asked whether Jim thought it was always the woman’s fault when the relationship failed and the comic replied: “Absolutely.”
