A beautiful bouquet of flowers is a classic Mother's Day gift, but with some florists whacking up their prices ahead of one of the busiest days of their year, a fresh bunch can come at an eye-watering cost.
Hoping to appeal to those on a budget, thrifty German supermarket Lidl is selling vibrant bouquets from just £3.
The range, which launches on March 23, includes lilies, tulips and roses. But will mothers be able to tell they've been gifted a budget bouquet rather than a £75 version from M&S?
