Getting spoilers out of the cast of Stranger Things is akin to getting blood out of a stone, but David Harbour has given a hint of what's to come.
The actor, who plays Sheriff Hopper, said the "primary focus" of the Netflix series' second season would be his character's daughter.
"Hopper's daughter will be the primary focus of Season 2, but not in the way that you think it will be," Harbour tells TV Guide .
"Hopper's understanding of that relationship and Hopper's understanding of being a father and of being a man grows deeper and deeper in Season 2, and we get a lot of time to explore what that is, but it won't be in the literal way that you think it is. I don't want to tell you any more than that because it's good stuff."
Ok so it may sound more riddle than spoiler, but we already know Hopper is caught up in a love triangle with Sigourney Weaver's character when the series returns. We also know his daughter died impacting his whole life.
There were plenty of hints in the first season, so we can expect more on what happened to her - or at least what it meant - in season two.
Stranger Things Season Two: Everything you need to know including new trailer, release date, rumours and new characters
Fans have already started guessing what it could all mean. Is she stuck in the Upside Down? Did her death have some kind of supernatural influence? Or, is this all about Hopper helping the kids, and becoming more of a fatherly figure again?
Stranger Things is back on Netflix from Friday, October 27.
In the mean time, theories on a postcard (aka drop us a message in the comments).
