A busy mum-of-two has revealed she's in the best shape of her life thanks to 5.30am workouts with her kids.
Despite approaching 40 and going through two pregnancies , Belinda Norton-Smith boasts ripped abs, firm arms and toned legs that wouldn't look out of place on a Twenty-something athlete.
The health-conscious mum cut out sugar, dairy and red meat after feeling 'stuck in a rut' with her weight.
But she hails the 5.30am cardio sessions with her kids as the secret to her success as she says she's in 'the best shape ever'.
She said: "This is the best body I've ever had and I'm nearly 40.
"I want women of all shapes and sizes to feel the same and to feel beautiful in the skin they are in, despite their body shape.
"All you need to do is go walking every morning as a family and let the kids be involved in the fitness too."
Her workout consists of 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of weights.
She cut down the amount of cardio she was doing per day by a third after she realised she needed to target specific muscles to get the body she wanted.
The PE teacher, who also runs a health business , used to be a competitive athlete and took part in triathlons.
After the birth of her kids though, she 'lost her way' - which is why she decided to shake up her fitness regime.
Now, the kids join her on morning runs by riding their bikes or scooters.
And sometimes they'll join in, as Ms Norton-Smith posts pictures of their family sessions on her Instagram page .
