Stephanie Davis RUBBISHES claims she was snubbed by Strictly Come Dancing

Stephanie Davis has claimed she hasn’t been snubbed by the BBC, nor was she dropped from the Strictly Come Dancing line-up, following reports she’d been dumped.

While the young mum was “speaking” to show bosses earlier in the year, nothing came of their talks.

The Sun claimed Steph was hoping to use the show to launch her career comeback after months of hell with her ex Jeremy McConnell.

A source told the newspaper that Steph was “devastated” to have been dropped by Strictly.

“Unfortunately they didn’t want to be associated with her at this moment in time so have quashed any chance of her appearing now or in the future,” the source added.

But a rep for Stephanie, 24, told Mirror Online that the report was false.

“This is absolute rubbish,” said the spokesperson.

Stephanie has had a touch few weeks of late, having been left devastated by the loss of her unborn second child.

The former CBB star claimed she’d had a devastating miscarriage thanks to the stress of Jeremy’s court case, which resulted in him being convicted of assaulting her and handed a suspended prison sentence.

Steph confirmed the sad news on Instagram, telling her followers: “Too loose a child is something I hope no one EVER goes through. The grief and pain is UNBELIEVABLE . Words CANNOT describe. My heart is BROKEN.”

It is thought Stephanie and the BBC spoke before she found out she was pregnant, as she would have had a sizable bump by the time the dancing show started in earnest.
