Cristiano Ronaldo is “happy” at Real Madrid.

Superstar Ronaldo reportedly wanted to ditch the Bernabeu earlier this summer after he was accused of tax fraud – which left him “angry and hurt” according to Real President Florentino Perez.

The four-time Ballno d’Or winner was linked with a mega-money switch back to Manchester United.

But Ronaldo did a U-turn after softening his stance on the tax allergations.

Former Real legend Fernando Morientes – who won three Champions Leagues and a pair of La Ligas at the club – has strengthened the claims Ronaldo will stay put.

“I haven’t heard Cristiano saying he wants to leave,” Morientes said at the Star Sixes tournament at the O2 Arena.

“I already know how this work. At the end of every season there are a lot of rumours and doubts on the big players. Ronaldo is one of them.

“I am calm because he hasn’t spoken. At the time when he speaks, we will see.

“But I am pretty sure that Cristiano is so happy at Real Madrid, and Real Madrid is happy with Cristiano. So it will be complicated [if he leaves].”
